We get it. These are challenging times.
The pandemic hasn’t stopped your group or organization from forging a path forward. But it has made fundraising more important than ever to help cover costs and fund future projects and initiatives. Proven fundraising campaigns are critical.

Our calendar fundraiser has a 13-year track record of success, with groups of all sizes receiving more than $3.5 million in revenue by selling the calendar. To help meet the challenges of 2020, we’re combining the best parts of previous campaigns with new, pandemic-sensitive options to help you sell safely and efficiently through the holiday season. Here’s how:
1) MAKE MORE MONEY: You’ll now retain $7 for each calendar you sell (50 cents more than last year).
2) WE’VE GONE DIGITAL: The information sheets your sellers use to show prospective customers and log sales are now available as digital PDF documents. Taking customer orders and collecting them from your sellers is as easy as e-mailing the document. Of course, these forms are still available as pre-printed materials sent to you by FedEx.
3) PROMO TOOLS: We’ll provide colorful artwork of past calendars for electronic promotion (think social media, e-mails, websites, etc.). We’ll also send a PDF of our complete informational packet that lets your sellers (or customers) understand all the benefits of your fundraiser (sales rewards, VIP experiences for top-selling groups, etc.)
4) SELLING TIPS: Our info packet features a list of selling tips in a socially-distanced world.
To ensure the 2021 Calendar is a hit with fans, we made sure to “theme” it around artwork that couldn’t come at a better time: “Celebrations” of championship moments and record-setting feats in Cardinals history. Because who wouldn’t welcome some celebrating amid these times!
